zsolt_M_SOLAT_1-225x435My Name is Zsolt Keresztes, I am a dance artist, aerobic and personal trainer, tourist guide and the founder of ’keresztes training’ method.During my highschool years I became one of the best 3 in the country in Italian language and literature. Despite my success at school, which provided many opportunities in  higher education, I chose to become a tourist guide. I always loved working with people. Still today I am working with people, I am training them in fitness clubs and educate them to be aware of their body and health.I have been doing sports since I was a child. For many years I was practicing martial arts. I applied what I learned in every aspect of life. Most importantly, it tought me self-knowledge, self control, tenesity, willpower and concentration.

I felt thoughout my childhood that I will have something to do with dancing. Once my mother took me to the Opera to see the Nutcracker  ballet performance. That was the moment when I decided to start dancing. I immediately inrolled into a course in Jazz ballett and my dance career started. Read more »
